Our tour starts and finishes in the modern and funky city of Christchurch. Meet your tour leader and group on Sunday night for your included welcome dinner and drink at one of Christchurch’s classic restaurants. Your tour leader will go over the schedule at dinner and what to expect for the awesome adventure ahead!

To start our adventure on Monday morning, we drive over the mighty Canterbury Plains, stoping for rentals gear and a coffee, before arriving at Mt Hutt (our local ski area)! It was easily the most consistent for snow fall last season, receiving a total of 320cm of powder, and boasts amazing views out to Christchurch, the Canterbury Plains and Pacific Ocean. If you need a ski or snowboard lesson to get started, their instructors are truly world class. After a great first day, its time to sit back and relax, as your tour leader drives you through to beauitul Lake Tekapo.
-
Ohau Snow Field is our next ski area. Leaving Tekapo early on Tuesday morning, we will see stunning glacier-fed lakes and maybe even New Zealand’s tallest mountain, Aoraki (Mt Cook)! In 2023 Ohau was stoked to welcome a one metre snow storm! With a super relaxed club field vibe, awesome home-cooked kai and great terrain, there’s something for everyone. If conditions are right, hike up and slash some pow on the epic ‘Ridge Run’. After skiing or snowboarding, the journey continues to Wanaka (via the iconic Lindis Pass), where we spend two nights.
-
Day three is our favourite drive! It takes us around Lake Wanaka before heading past some beautiful peaks to Treble Cone. Treble Cone is well known for its gnarly off piste terrain, attracting many free skiers and riders. For the begineers and more relaxed skiers and riders, dont sweat, there are cruisy runs too! You may have to pinch yourself looking out to the vast mountian vistas and Lake Wanaka. It is a stunning location!
-
On Thursday, take in the stunning golden hills as we head up the Cardrona Valley to ski field number three. Known by the locals as ‘Cardies’, Cardrona has recently become NZ’s biggest ski area with a whopping 600+ hectares of ridable terrain! Cardrona is also the most comprehensive field on our trip, boasting eight chair lifts, world class park runs and awesome riding on and off piste. On our way back to Wanaka township, we’ll stop for a mandatory drink at the world famous Cardrona Hotel.

The detail is is the name, these mountians are simply remarkable! Some of the best views of the entire tour are seen driving the access raod. The skifield itself has steep and jagged terrain providing many shutes for the advanced riders and mellow bowls for the beginner and intermediate riders.
-
Just 20 minutes from Queenstown, Coronet Peak is the locals mountain playground, famous for its thrilling, spectacular "roller coaster" terrain. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned pro, it’s diverse 280 hectares of treeless, open slopes offer endless excitement with a mix of wide, groomed runs, challenging gullies, natural rollers, and impressive back bowls.
